A New Approach to eLearning about Sexual Harassment
Reify Media’s new module avoids the common pitfalls of harassment training—you won’t find long lists of “what not to do” and complicated instructions about how and when to report. Instead, this new approach uses a situation-based approach to help organizations make space for tough conversations.
“To bring this module to life, we consulted experts with backgrounds in human resources, law, and management,” said Reify Media Writer and Researcher Susanna Klingenberg. “Our goal was to create training that would call on their expertise with the topic, but would also be engaging and approachable.”
