What accomplishment are you most proud of?
"I was invited to speak on the main stage (60k people) at a professional conference. It was exciting, exhilarating, and exhausting!"
How do you advocate for others?
"I spend a lot of time working with career changers coming into the Salesforce ecosystem. I plug them into resources, people, jobs, and other mentors. It's incredibly fulfilling!"
I struggle with standing up for myself. I'm not 100%, but I get better every day. Taking a step back and looking at a situation from another angle helps me a lot. It's hard though!"
What's something you're working on that's in progress?
"Executive presence."
"I have the knowledge and skills. Now all I have to do is tweak my tone and vocabulary."
What's your day-to-day mantra?
"This too shall pass."
"The only constant is change. The more I can remember that the better my mental health."
What's a goal you'd like to accomplish?
"I would like to be on a Board of Directors somewhere. I want to be 'in the room where it happens'. :-)"
