I create marketing strategies that help brands tell the stories that feel most true to their core being; the narratives that reveal their core values.
What's something you're working on?
"In April 2020, I started 'The Sanctuary', a virtual support network for people struggling with the effects of the lockdown. Started off being about others... meant to last a few weeks... it's 14 months old and is FIRE."
What’s the last thing you rated 5 stars?
"The movie Queen & Slim came on my radar. Not my usual fare... it ended up being a gem. Credible acting, few times you know it’s a movie but still utterly transported. Sublime."

I have (and continue to) interview successful women in tech, collating their responses and feedback to draw up frameworks, tools and competencies that other emerging or middle-management women might learn from."
What is the most adventurous thing you’ve ever done, and would you do it again?
I went to Thailand on my own for two weeks.
Definitely doing it again, new destination though.
What's your mantra?
"The best way to eat an elephant is chunk by chunk.”
"It is easy to get overwhelmed with the projects I’m working on at any one time, while still battling thoughts that I am not doing enough, being enough. So, I live my life by lists: concentrating on the step ahead of me, ticking off micro-achievements, and celebrating them as I go along."
How do you support other women?
"I love, support and mentor women on great initiatives such as HerVest (hervest.ng) which specialises in helping (particularly rural) women gain independence by taking control of their finances, one investment at a time."

Can you share one of your goals?
"Finally writing one of the three books I have in me. It would mean I finally stopped second guessing myself enough to finally put pen to paper!"
