Guided by curiosity and supported by technology, I help business leaders find purpose, value, and team alignment.”

What's something you're geeking out about right now?

"I am obsessed lately with the possibilities of combining natural medicine with technology, especially observing the global awareness and resourcefulness created from the constraints of a pandemic."

Can you tell us about one of your accomplishments?

"I integrated my company into a public global strategic firm, and got to sign the wall on the NYSE. "

What's something you're working on?

"I'm investing in a vision that has been coming into focus for 4 years. It began by finding yoga, and has expanded into realizing how negligent we have been at legitimizing holistic health. Stay tuned!"

It can't be said enough - listen to your gut. Our intuition is impeccable. Hone it like a skill, and exercise it like a muscle."

What's your day-to-day mantra?

"Whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should." Desiderata

"As someone who naturally values control, and tends towards critical standards, the idea that we don't have to know everything for it to be okay is a very peaceful reminder to trust in grand designs and accept life as it comes."

What's a personal or professional goal you've yet to accomplish, and what does it mean to you?

"Goal: nonfiction to fiction author."

"I've written in books, and been written about in books, but never authored one. My dad was an English teacher, and I've spent my life revering the written word."

What's the last thing you rated 5 Stars?

Humankind: A Hopeful History by Rutger Bregman: "This book renewed my belief that ultimately people are good; a much needed validation after a year of difficult and negative events."

How do you support other women?

"Show up every day. Role model, champion, coach, advocate. I advise and sit on the boards of women's nonprofits, especially where having executive and tech support would be out of range of the typical nonprofit budgets."

What's something you wish you had known 10 years ago?

"That rest and relaxation can also be productive. I've only recently learned how to enjoy time with myself, how to participate in the present, how to redefine what achievement means."

Where will we find you in retirement?

"Changing the world. Retirement to me means a shift from obligation to freedom, whether it is through leading a yoga practice, changing policy, funding new businesses, or helping my daughter run a farm."
