Dawn Ohaver Moyer and Jenny Casagrande began Potential Essential with a mission: to help guide individuals and businesses to discover their potential, to help them become more essential to their customers, clients, or employer.
Reify Media helped Dawn and Jenny create a certification program called the Essential Professional Communication Certification. Participants start by visiting the state-of-the-art Potential Essential website; there, they can learn about Potential Essential’s program offerings and enroll. Once they’re enrolled in a program, they walk through several engaging, informative e-learning modules. The module activities are supplemented by reflection questions, workbook activities, and a private Facebook group for questions and examples.
Participants who finish all of the program’s requirements are eligible to submit a program reflection, which – once approved – earns them the elite Essential Professional Communication Certification, which they can feature in their resume or LinkedIn profile.
Reify Media provided Potential Essential with an end-to-end solution for their certification idea. We started by building them a membership website to support their online programs, one that could accept online enrollments while also sharing links to digital webinars, new blog posts, and more.
We also built all of their programs’ e-learning, helping Dawn and Jenny to chunk their content and deliver it through engaging Articulate Storyline modules.
Finally, we helped Dawn and Jenny create their certificate, working with them on the badge’s design and helping them develop a custom submission area where participants can submit reflections in order to become eligible.
Their website and e-learning content is mobile responsive, and Dawn and Jenny worked with us to integrate additional tools (like Facebook Pixel for marketing, LeadPages for webinar signups, and more). We appreciated this opportunity to support to established marketing research professionals as they developed a certificate program to share their expertise with their clients.
